In an Initial Consultation, you will review your short and long-term physical, emotional, mental and spiritual history in the first hour. a brief understanding of Ayurveda will be provided, your pulse will be taken using the technique of Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis. Amarnath will then let you know your Ayurvedic Constitution (Prakruti) and Doshic imbalances (Vikruti). Amarnath will get you started you on your path towards optimal health through an individually designed Ayurvedic treatment plan including diet, herbs, and lifestyle changes to be made to bring you back to your optimal state of health. The Initial Consultation lasts 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your level of knowledge of Ayurveda.

Similar to an Initial Consultation, a Follow Up Visit helps to keep you moving forward on your personal healing journey. You will discuss any changes that need to be made to your Ayurvedic treatment plan and your pulse will be taken to mark your progress. As the knowledge of Ayurveda is so vast, it is not possible to to make, or even receive all of the information about, the changes a full Ayurvedic treatment regimen requires after one visit. Amarnath will give you continued information and guidance to help you heal and grow at your own pace. The Follow Up Visit Lasts approximately 1 hour.

Upon recieving this information Amarnath will go through your chart for a few hours looking to see where the challenges are in your life. It takes a few hours iof looking to see that no details are missed. The "reason for consultation" should be provided so that he can narrow in on your specific needs and provide the best possible consultation for you. There are so many areas of life that can be looked at in Vedic Astrology, but it is best to know your specific intention (love, wealth, knowledge, what to do with my life, spiritual growth, happiness, etc.). With all of this information Amarnath will provide you with a reading that helps you to understand yourself better, and how you can m make your life path one of conscious growth in working with the tools the stars and planets provided you. This consultation can last 1-2 hours.

Pancha Karma body therapies are said to be the fast track to optimal health. An ideal Pancha Karma program can be created for you through an Initial Consultation with Amarnath, or you can book any of following individual therapies we perform:

• Abhyanga - One or two person massage where a large amount of herbalized oil is applied to the body. With two people it is a synchronized massage of four hands moving at once!

• Shirodhara - A continuous stream of oil flowing onto the forehead. Creates a deep sense of mental nourishment and often leads to a profound state of peace and meditation.

• Svedana - Luxurious herbalized steam treatment applied to the whole body.

• Dough Basti - A circle of dough placed on one of the many energetic centers of the body to contain herbally decocted oil or milk.

• Hebalized oil or water Enemas - Enemas that help treat chronic or acute constipation and often help one feel more grounded.

• Marma Therapy - Energetic therapy, similar to Rei Ki, which helps to either remove energetic blockages in the body, or bring nourishment to various areas, depending on how the Doshas are interacting and what is needed.

• Nasya - Treatment for the sinuses where oil is inhaled through the nostrils. This therapy can help with shoulder tension, migraines, and is traditionally used to treat various ailments from the neck and shoulders up.
